SNOW!!
Wednesday 25 June 2008 - 5.00am
EXACTLY ONE YEAR TODAY THAT I MOVED DOWN TO DUNEDIN!
I'm not sure how I feel about that.... It feels odd.

IT SNOWED YESTERDAY! Which also means it's soooooo cold. It also snowed when I got out of the airport.

It's so boring I just want to go back to class. Speaking of class, exam results still are not posted yet! 2nd semester course approval is next friday (that is going on the assumption that next friday is the 7th of July. In truth I've no idea what day or date it is most of the time) not that I really care anymore. If I was still doing HSFY then course approval would have meant that I would have passed CHEM191 and been able to get into BIOC192... but alas my chemistry exam was "t3h suck0rz" I should have studied harder. HSFY is quite hard in that you only really have you textbook for guidance since every single HSFY paper was new last year, so there was only last years exam to go by.  But I need to get a change of course form and then get my new course approved by who ever in the Link. At least the papers are less expensive!

The first question in our HUBS exam I remember was very similar to the first question in the 2007 HUBS exam in the fact that it was a radiograph asking you to indentify a bone. In 2007 however, it was a radiograph of an arm asking you to identify the radius or ulna (I still get the 2 confused) in this years exam it was of a knee joint including the femur and tibia. We were asked to identify the knee cap of platella. I'm so glad I remembered the actual name for that bone because I wonder if you would get a mark for calling it the knee cap. Which brings me onto another rant - the stupid question had 2 answers!! It would have been easier to point to the femur or tibia because they only have one name and we had spent quite a lot of lab time of those bones.

Sometimes I wonder if I am dyslexic. When I about 8 (yr 4/std2) I remember being asked if I could see the board because my spelling was so bad. I wonder if mum and my teacher ever discussed dislyexia because I still get letters jumbled up when I'm trying to spell a word I havent seen before. I did get my eyes tested and there was nothing wrong (it wasnt untill I was 16 that I got my good old spectacles that I hardly wear).

Eh my life sucks. I can't wait till August. I'm going to be applying for a job at subway. However, means that I might have to take my pericing out. Not so bad, i've been thinking about taking it out for a while. Better let me have summer off lol I refuse to stay down here after my exams have finished. Its going to cost me $89 if I book my flight now from Dunedin->Wellington now. I will use the profit from the sale of my car and also proberly from my job when I get one (soo planning to get one this semester now that Im not going to be spending so much time @ Uni)

I feel sorry for people who have to sit next to me when I read a book. I laugh out loud at funny parts and get glared at. Hahaha I'm reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for the nth time since I brought it (I couldnt bring all my books down here unforunetley and Dunedin library is both hard to naviagte and dosnt have the books I like) and the latest bit to crack me up is when Hermione gets the portraited of Professor Black out of her bag when they're on the run and the ask about the sword of Gryffindor and he calls Luna "that Lovegood oddity" and I just cracked up. I must have been giggling for about 5mins haha.
