Back from holiday

Busy one spending 18 days out of 20 on the bike clocking up 4500+kms over the 18 days riding around SI.

Was good, tiring and expensive (Cost $800 in fuel alone)

Rock2wgtn was average as a whole,

got back to work been chaos, back to work 300emails got it down to 100 important ones need to following up, and only spend 1 day at my desk to sort them out of the past 4 days.

At least its weekends, not gotta spend time striping the bikes down to clean, and get my radiator out since it got a stone thru it, so need to get it fixed correctly

Been busy couple of weeks, with work(being short staffed, and people away)  with my birthday, my wifes, and few other things, and then preping the motorbikes(services, new tires, luggue) for our Trip around SI for 3 2 1/2 weeks,
followed by the rock2wgtn concert in wellington over easter weekend which has alice cooper, ozzy osborune, kiss, whitesnake, posion, lordi.

Gonna be interesting should hopeful be at least 2 weeks away from computers, which be nice. catch uping with fellow bikers and just crusing the some of nz best motorcycle roads which i have never visited before.

Was a total chaos day at work today

Were short staffed as it is, and had me and one other at the front desk all day, which is normal covered by 3 1/2 people, and it was a rather busy day.

Didn't get a chance to do any paper, work and email was sitting at 30 unread emails pretty much all day.

Hopeful a bit quiet tomorrow, and i acutally do the job i am paid to do in IT, instead of this r&d stuff.

Busy weekend planned got a computer to build/install for local suzuki dealer on saturday, then sunday is off to Paeroa http://www.battleofthestreets.co.nz - which is a motorbike racing event held on the street, where they close down a town and bikes go racing around roads which are normal 50km/h in speeds of 200km/h+, with everything from 1000cc sports bike to 1930+ classic motorcycles, with sidecars, and everything between.

Should be alot fun, got a few mates racing, good to catch up with friends who live far away, for a bit of shit talking, bit of bike racing, and few drinks.

Total forgot abotu this place but found it on google seach, thought i see if still works.

Finally sorting new house out, finally got out cat dropped off to, she was very scared for first few days but she slowly getting better, and wanting to go outside a bit more, but at long as you are there to protect her, she is so use to living on the farm for the past 6 years, and living in town has so many different nioses she is not use to.
I am getting 256k unlimited bitstream tomorrow YAY, final some fast internet access after 8 months with crap, got a nice wifi router to go with the new hp laptop work as brought for me so means i can sit in the lounge and surf, all with out any cables, also means with bitstream i can connect to work from home or other way. be good

I have been a busy busy boy, brought a house and take ownership of it on friday, give a good clean friday afternoon, and start moving in saturday, be good, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bay garage, on an 880sqm section, it has a huge lounge in it, bedrooms are average size, nothing fancy, but bedrooms are for sleeping , spend most time in lounge, so good its got a large one. Garage is plenty big enough for car and 2 motorbikes hopeful enough room for possibly the pool table, once i finsh fixing it back up, then i can start using my $400 pool cue i have not used in like 4 years. Best thing about this new house, i can finally get dsl, which i have ordered, and now just waiting the telescu, 7-10 waiting period for some slack ass to come plug a plug in and charge me one hundred dollars, bastards. But getting a nice wireless dsl router, so the with the new work laptop i can surf from the lounge.

Bike is going just about due for its 12,000km service arn't to bad since i only owned it for like 8 months, the new michelin tires are going awsome on it, i love them it love the bike (c:< later days

has i was pointed out by the lovely leash that i have had my journal 1 year, which is amazing doesn't seam that long ago.

Been very busy brought a house move in end of month, pictures will follow as soon as everything has gone thru correctly waiting on final report on land, make sure there is no claims on it bad stuff with it.

Been doing tons of traveling backwards and forwards to orcland for work, coming home on wesnday avo i clocked the 10,000km mark on the bike amazing since i brought it with 0 miles on clock less than 7 months ago.

My work is very busy, for you that don't know not to sure how many read my journal, i am a system admin for the port of tauranga which is pretty much lagest port in new zealand, my job is being an aix admin, oracle dba, system admin, windows admin, also a program developer, hardware tech, and tons of other geek sorta roles. It pays the bills

Been a busy boy at work, made a few projects i been work on past months went life this week, so being iron out a few production bugs which never came up in test system. Also busy looking at houses with the wife.

Going to be spending a lot of time backwards and fowards to auckland over next few weeks, 2 days next week, then a whole week follow, working for a sub buiness for work, guy as leaved and need someone to cover for him for a week or two until can hire them. At least means give me a chance to catch up with some friends and stuff while up there.

Off to a motorbike rally this weekend with the wife, and www.kiwibiker.co.nz should be great going to be about 65 of us going, at a motel southside of lake taupo

Went looking at open homes on the weekends since me and wife looking at buy a house, weather was crap on saturday so looked about 6 hours then went home and did a bit of a work on a assigment.

Sunday was an awsome weather wise day, did a bit of cleaning up house we are looking after, since father was calling in from auckland
then looked at a couple of other open homes, then father in laws birthday, so no riding for me would have awsome day to test the pirelli supercorsa race tires i have on at moment
